Toys bought online are doing more harm than good to children

Two-year-oldy Rebecca is all smiles now playing with her favourite toys. But earlier this year, a toy almost cost her life. She mistook some magnets for sweets and swallowed them. The magnets were bought on eBay via a third party. They were so strong, they ruptured her intestines.
