Canadian company DataWind has launched its new tablet the PC 7SC at Rs 2,999 which is the India's cheapest 4G tablet under 3K. 

Along with the launch, free internet web browsing has been provided for one year by RCom (Relianace communications) and Telenor Networks on a GSM sim card (prepaid).
