Panasonic launches 4G VoLTE smartphone Eluga A2 at Rs 9,490

New Delhi: Panasonic India has launched a new 4G VoLTE-enabled smartphone -- ELUGA A2 -- priced at Rs 9,490.

The device features a 5-inch display, 1 GHz quadcore processor, 3GB RAM, 16GB internal memory (expandable up to 128GB), 8MP rear and 5MP front camera and 4,000 mAh battery.

VoLTE is voice calls over a 4G LTE network rather than 2G or 3G connections that are usually used.

The dual SIM smartphone runs Android 5.1 (lollipop) OS with Panasonic Fit Home user interface (UI) for single hand operation with quick access to the applications.
