Arshad Warsi turns 46

New Delhi: Actor Arshad Warsi celebrated his 46th birthday today. 

The actor who is best known for his comedy acts came into the industry with 'Tere Mere Sapne' in 1996. After several movies, he made his mark as Circuit in the 'Munnabhai' franchise. His character was well appreciated in the films. 

As a character actor he proved his mettle with the dark comedy 'Ishqiya' and 'Dedh Ishqiya', where he was at par with his co actors Naseeruddin Shah, Vidya Balan (Ishqiya) and Madhuri Dixit (Dedh Ishqiya). He has also been a part of the popular comedy multi starrer 'Golmaal' directed by Rohit Shetty.

He has won several awards including the prestigious Filmfare Award for Best Performance in a Comic Role for 'Lage Raho Munna Bhai'. 

Warsi is married to VJ Maria Goretti and has two children, Zeke and Zene.
