Know what Amitabh Bachchan said at Mumbai Traffic Police function

New Delhi: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan inaugurated helmet facility for Mumbai traffic cops in an event held recently.

Big B took to Twitter to post a picture from the event. He also mentioned about how he judges any city.
