The actress will be playing the role of Dalbir Kaur – sister of Sarabjit, the Indian farmer who was convicted of terrorism and spying in Pakistan and eventually given death sentence.
The pictures were posted by a fan club on Twitter and thus the new look of Aishwarya was revealed. Ash who is known for her glamorous look and beauty in her films will be seen in a 'de-glammed' look.
Aishwarya was spotted wearing salwar kameez and glasses.

The movie is helmed by Omung Kumar and will also star Randeep Hooda, Richa Chadha and Darshan Kumar in lead roles. It is scheduled to hit the theatres on May 20, 2016.
