Misrikh Lok Sabha Constituency is one of the 80 Lok Sabha constituencies of Uttar Pradesh. The parliamentary constituency of Misrikh was formed before the 1962 elections.

Misrikh registered 57.07 per cent voter turnout in 2019, a gain of 0.77 per cent. The total number of electors in the constituency is 1795574 while the total voter turnout is 1024814. While in 2014, the constituency registered 56.30 per cent voter turnout. The total number of electors in the constituency was 1724716 while the total voter's turnout was 971041.

Ashok Kumar Rawat of Bharatiya Janata Party, Dr Neelu Satyarthi of Bahujan Samaj Party and Manjari Rahi of Indian National Congress are a few prominent candidates contesting for general elections 2019 from Misrikh Lok Sabha Constituency of Uttar Pradesh.

Reserved for Schedule Caste category, the Misrikh Parliamentary constituency has five Vidhan Sabha segments which are-- Misrikh, Mallanwan, Balamau, Sandila and Bilhaur. 

The voting in this parliamentary constituency took place in the fourth phase of the 2019 Lok Sabha polls on April 29. The results will be declared on May 23.

Anju Bala of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) had won from this constituency in the 2014 Lok Sabha polls. In the 2014 Lok Sabha election, Anju defeated Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) leader Ashok Kumar Rawat by a margin of 87,363.
