New York: Mick Jagger was pictured visiting the rare-book room at the Strand near Union Square.
The 68-year-old musician was also spotted at the preview of Bob Dylan’s paintings at Gagosian Gallery, the New York Post reported.
Accompanied by gal pal L’Wren Scott and two bodyguards, the ‘She’s the Boss’ hitmaker bought “a stack of antiquarian and rare” tomes on painters Egon Schiele and Marc Chagall, graphic designers Merle Armitage and Alex Steinweiss, fashion designer Madeleine Vionnet and photographer Helmut Newton. He also left some room for fun as he bought a first edition of Ian Fleming’s ‘On Her Majesty’s Secret Service’. ANI
