New Delhi: Cricket's most intriguing battle will be witnessed when India will take on arch-rivals Pakistan on Saturday in the Asia Cup T20I at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka.
In-form India who are fresh from winning two back to back T20 series against Australia and Sri Lanka, opened their Asia Cup campaign with a victory against Bangladesh.
Shahid Afridi led Pakistan will look to better their record against India in T20 cricket and can surprise the hosts on Saturday. This game is being seen as a curtain raiser ahead of the March 19 clash between the two sides in the upcoming ICC Twenty20 World Cup.
Pakistan will play their opening match in the coveted tournament. This is the first time the Asia Cup is being played in the shortest format (T20Is).

*Pakistan's Umar Gul has bagged the highest number of wickets (11) against India in T20Is. His best figure is 4/37 at an average of 16.18.
*India beat Pakistan twice in the first edition of the T20 World Cup in 2007 including the finale.
