Vijay Hazare Trophy: MS Dhoni back to form as Jharkhand thrash Railways

New Delhi: Team India's limited-overs skipper, Mahendra Singh Dhoni has finally hit form in Vijay Hazare Trophy as he played a crucial knock on Thursday for Jharkhand in a match against Railways.

The explosive batsman played a quick-fire knock of 37 runs off 30 balls to take his team to 211 in the reduced game of 45 overs a side, after skipper Varun Aaron decided to bat first.

In his cameo, MSD smashed two sixes and four boundaries.

Dhoni, who is making a comeback in domestic cricket after eight-long years, for the first time managed to maintain a strike rate of over 100.

However, when the swashbuckling batsman was looking set for a fifty he was caught by Avinash Yadav off Ashish Yadav.

Eventually, Dhoni's side managed to thrash Railways by 115 runs in the domestic one-day cricket match.

Jharkhand now are on top of group B with 16 points.
