The over 2,500 km gas pipeline from Jagdishpur in Allahabad district of UP to Haldia in West Bengal will pass through Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha as well as the two states.

Govt to revive 2 fertiliser units, nod for Jagdishpur-Haldia pipeline

The Cabinet on Tuesday approved revival of two shut fertiliser plants in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar at an investment of up to Rs 12,000 crore and by making use of 2,000-km proposed gas pipeline from Jagdishpur to Haldia.
