Los Angeles: ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ star Emma Stone is to star in a movie adaption of fairy tale musical ‘Into The Woods’. Director Rob Marshall is keen on having Stone, 23, in the cast of his Walt Disney adaptation of the popular play and she is currently in talks to participate, reported a website.
The storyline intertwines characters from several Brothers Grimm fairytale. However it is unclear at this time what role the Chicago director would like her to fill, though Little Red Riding Hood or Cinderella are distinct possibilities.
Stone will be next seen taking on the role of Peter Parker`s girlfriend Gwen Stacy in the ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ opposite rumoured boyfriend Andrew Garfield.
