NASTY! Mahendra Singh Dhoni fans pounce on Gautam Gambhir after his biopic remarks

Gambhir told the media that he didn't approve of movies on the lives of cricketers.

New Delhi: Gautam Gambhir's comments about biopics on cricketers created quite a stir in the media.

The Delhi left-hander told the media that he didn't approve of movies on the lives of cricketers especially since there were more deserving individuals in the country.

Several felt Gambhir's target was India's limited-overs skipper MS Dhoni with his biopic releasing on September 30.

Gambhir later clarified that his comments were restricted to a potential biopic on his life and he wasn't talking about any one cricketer.

Despite this clarification, fans of Dhoni took offense to the initial remarks and launched a fierce attack on Gambhir.
