April Fool's Day 2018: Inoffensive prank ideas for you

It is that time of the year again when you can joke around freely without really offending the people around you. All fools day or April Fool's day celebrated every year on April 1 is the most light-hearted day of the year

Interestingly, some references to the day trace back to the Roman festival of Hilaria and even to the festival of Holi festival of India, and the Medieval Feast of Fools. Also, early references lead April Fool's day to Chaucer's Canterbury Tales (1392).

The jokes are played on people and after they are fooled, we can hear a loud shout-screaming—April Fool or 'April Fool Banaya'.

Here are some really cool yet inoffensive tips to fool others:

*Although this year, the fools day is on a Sunday, you can have extended celebrations. You can call your colleague in office saying you won't turn up for work, citing a personal reason and surprise them in a happy way by walking slyly to the cabin.!

* Collect some toy insects like Lizard, Cockroach and Grasshoppers and put them near your brother's pillow. Wait till he gets out and screams. Don't forget to grab some popcorn!

* Put some yellow coloured slime on your colleague's desk while he takes a tea break. Try not to laugh after he comes back.

*This one is probably the most common and simplest trick, while your mother or anyone in the family is busy making tea in the kitchen, carefully swap the sugar with salt and let everyone enjoy a salty tea!

*You can even play the age-old hide-and-seek formula with your buddies, however, telling them later and the prized possession is lying with you!

* You can also replace sprite with water and offer it to your friend. This can only work when your friend is really tired and fails to pay attention to the bottle.

Laugh Out Loud, as FOOLS' day is here—April 1!
