Melanie Griffith shops with daughter

Washington: Actress Melanie Griffith, who filed for divorce from Antonio Banderas in June after 18 years of marriage, is busy spending Christmas holidays with their only child.

The 57-year-old actress stepped out Tuesday in Aspen with their 18-year-old daughter, Stella, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

They were photographed as they embarked upon a little mother-daughter Christmas shopping, enjoying a low-key outing together.

The mother of three -- who is also a parent to Dakota Johnson, her daughter from her first marriage to Don Johnson, and Alexander Bauer, her son from her second marriage to Steven Bauer -- sported a long black coat, cat-eye shades and black boots, flashing a subtle smile for the paparazzi. 

Meanwhile, Stella was also dressed casual in a puffy black jacket, jeans and tennis shoes.

Their outing came just one day after Banderas was spotted out with his new girlfriend Nicole Kimpel, a Dutch investment consultant who is some 20 years younger than the “Puss in Boots” star. The two were photographed on a jog together in Marbella, Spain.
