Britney gets more time with kids during world tour

Beijing, June 12: Pop star Britney Spears will get to spend more time with her two children during her ongoing ‘Circus’ world tour following an agreement with her ex-husband Kevin Federline. The ‘Womanizer’ hitmaker who has two sons, Sean Preston, three, and two-year-old Jayden James, has been allowed to keep the kids more than 50 percent of the time while she is performing across the globe till late this year, reports a news daily.

"Lawyers for Britney and Kevin Federline have filed documents with the family law commissioner Scott Gordon, stating that they have reached a new temporary custody arrangement," said a source. "The new agreement will be effective during the rest of June, July and August," the source added. The pair`s lawyers have reportedly also agreed upon the days of custody for both kids. After the tour, the custody will return to a 50-50 split. It has previously been claimed Spears could only see her children while touring if Federline who won the primary custody after the 27-year-old singer`s breakdown last year agreed. She was even said to be paying him USD 4,000 a week to travel with her so she could be near the boys. IANS
