London: Pop star Britney Spears is reportedly selling her Beverly Hills home at a USD 3.7 million loss.
The `Hold It Against Me` hitmaker, who lived in the property throughout her public meltdown in 2007, has relisted the house on the market this week at a value of USD 2.9 million, a marked difference from the staggering USD 6.7 million she originally paid for it, Femalefirst reported.
The Tuscan-style villa features a private swimming pool and spa, maid`s quarters and a master suite with his and hers baths.
Listed as a "probate sale", the eventual purchase of the property will have to be approved by the court.
