Gwyneth Paltrow chats to dead dad’s wedding ring

London: Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed that she talks to her late father’s wedding ring, as she feels that it contains his spirit.

The 39-year-old actress claims that she has been in regular contact with Bruce Paltrow since his death from throat cancer. “I always hold on to his wedding ring. I ask it questions, I feel like it keeps me safe. I really sense the energy of his soul, I don``t think that evaporates,” the Sun quoted her as saying. "I feel my dad, I still feel his love, I still speak to him and I still love him," she said. TV and film director Bruce died in Rome in 2002 while celebrating his daughter``s 30th birthday. The wife of ‘Coldplay’ front man Chris Martin, who won the best actress Oscar for Shakespeare In Love in 1998, blames his death at 58 on smoking. ANI
