Nightclub owners file lawsuit against Chris Brown, Drake

The owners of a nightclub have filed legal papers against Chris Brown and Drake, arguing the rappers should be responsible for covering any damages awarded to sports star Tony Parker.

Los Angeles: The owners of a nightclub have filed legal papers against Chris Brown and Drake, arguing the rappers should be responsible for covering any damages awarded to sports star Tony Parker.
The basketball player recently filed a USD 20 million suit against executives at Entertainment Enterprises, Ltd, who own Manhattan hotspot W.I.P., claiming he was injured during a clash between Brown and Drake`s entourages last year, reported TMZ online.
Parker insists the venue`s bosses should have been aware of the "bad blood" between Drake and Brown and not let them both into the bar at the same time, but now the club owners are fighting back. Entertainment Enterprises, Ltd chiefs filed new documents last week alleging the musicians were the ones who "contributed to, instigated, participated and/or engaged" in the brawl, therefore they should be forced to pay for Parker`s injuries if the sportsman wins in court. This is the latest lawsuit relating to the bust-up - the Brown and Drake recently sued each other after they were both named in a lawsuit by Romain Julien. The French model is seeking damages for injuries he allegedly sustained in the fight. PTI
