Christina Aguilera’s biggest hits inspired by bullies

Washington: Christina Aguilera has revealed that her biggest hits are inspired by her past bullying experiences.

The ‘Your Body’ singer admitted that though she is impacted by the negativity around her, she channels her feelings into her music. “I have definitely experienced forms of bullying, and that’s why it’s so important for me to write songs like ‘Beautiful’ and ‘Fighter’,” Contactmusic quoted the singer as telling Dateline NBC. “On this current record, ‘Lotus’ is all about being an unbreakable flower that survives the test of time. Throughout the roughest of surroundings and harshest weather conditions it remains strong and thrives,” the 31-year-old star added. ANI
