Kanye West`s "Heartless" opened big at No 4, the fourth-highest new entry of the year. It`s also the rapper`s third top 5 debut this year. Beyonce`s "If I Were a Boy" remained at No. 5, Pink`s "So What" slid three to No 6, and Britney Spears` "Womanizer" was down one to No 7. Kevin Rudolf`s "Let It Rock" featuring Lil Wayne dropped one to No. 8, and Jason Mraz`s "I`m Yours" traded places with Akon`s "Right Now (Na Na Na) with a 10-9 jump. Taylor Swift`s "You Belong With Me" debuted at No 12, giving the teen country star her fifth top 20 debut of 2008. That ties the all-time record for the number of top 20 debuts in a calendar year, set three months ago by the Jonas Brothers. Look for her second album, "Fearless," to debut at No 1 on The Billboard 200 next week. Swift also had reason to celebrate on Billboard`s Hot Country Songs chart, where "Love Story" jumped one place to No 1, giving the singer her third No 1 there. Paramore`s "Decode" starts at No 34 on the Hot 100, a career-best debut for the rock outfit. The track is the lead single from the "Twilight" soundtrack, which is the current Billboard 200 champ. On Billboard`s rock charts, Metallica`s "The Day That Never Comes" led the Mainstream Rock tally for a seventh week, while the Offspring`s "You`re Gonna Go Far, Kid" was No 1 on Modern Rock for an eighth.
