Recipe: Penne Pasta in cream

Want to make yummy Italian pasta at home? Try out this quick and simple recipe.Ingredients: 1 cup penne pasta 1 cup cheese spread 1/2 cup grated mozarella 3 tbsp chopped parsley 2 tsp minced garlic 4 tsp chopped basil 4 tsp oregano 2 chopped tomatoes 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Procedure: Boil water in a deep bottomed pan and add pasta to it. Cook it for about 8 to 10 minutes, drain. Take a large saucepan and heat oil on medium flame. Add garlic, basil, oregano, parsley, tomato, salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes. Add cheese and keep stirring till it melts. Now toss with cooked pasta. Sprinkle mozerella over the pasta. Pour in serving dish and bake for 5 minutes at 180 digrees. Serve hot.
