JNU Admissions 2018: Registrations start at jnu.ac.in - How to apply

New Delhi: The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has released the entrance examination schedule for the academic year 2018-19.

Candidates can now apply by visiting JNU's official website jnu.ac.in. The last date of applying is October 13 till 11:59 pm.

How to apply:

- Visit jnu.ac.in

- Click on 'New Registration and Candidate Login link'

- Enter details like name, DOB, address, contact number, email-ID and discipline/programme of study

- Choose your password of 8 characters

The candidates are suggested to read the declaration attentively before proceeding to the next step.

- Upload a recently taken scanned photograph and signature in JPG format (preferable width 150px and height 200px) and size less than 20-50 KB. 

The size of the signature should be less than 10-20 KB (preferable width 140px and height 60px) while the maximum file size for photo and signature is 50 KB.

- Click to submit

Following the submission, a unique number will be generated. Candidates are suggested to take a print out for future reference.

No written acknowledgement will be issued for the receipt of the application. So in order to verify application status, candidates can visit the university's official portal after a fortnight of submission.
