AAP has strongest wave in Punjab: BJP MLA

Chandigarh: In what may irk BJP leadership in Punjab, the party's MLA Navjot Kaur Sidhu has overtly stated that she would advise electorate to vote for Aam Aadmi Party in the 2017 Assembly elections.

In an interview to Daily Sikh, Sidhu said that if BJP will not go alone in the elections then she will advise people to vote for AAP.

When asked how she sees AAP's presence in Punjab, she said the party has strongest wave in the state.

“AAP cadre has understood the system here. My ideology matches with their ideology and that is to talk about Punjab, corruption-free Punjab,” she said.
