Chris Pine wants smart, witty girlfriend

Los Angeles: Actor Chris Pine says the qualities he seeks in a woman are intelligence and humour because after the initial attraction fades away, there has to be something engaging.

Pine recently broke up with his model-girlfriend Dominique Piek after dating her for almost a year. “I think anything that any normal man would be looking for. I mean intelligence and beauty and someone who can make me laugh,” contactmusic.com quoted the 32-year-old actor as saying. He added: “Well, you have to be able to carry a conversation. I think after the initial attraction kind of dies down, the lust dies down. There has to be the thing that engages you.” The `Star Trek` actor had previously admitted that he is a late bloomer. He said: “I was a shy kid, a late bloomer. At 22, I was probably 16 emotionally.” "Therapy`s like going to the gym.
