Manmohan Singh congratulates ISRO for successful launch of GSLV-D5

The Indian Space Research Organisation`s (ISRO) heavy rocket Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle-Development 5 (GSLV-D5) successfully lifted-off from the spaceport at Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh at 4.18 pm Sunday. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh took to Twitter to congratulate the scientists and engineers of ISRO for their success. Here`s what he said:
