Eknath Shinde To Aditya Thackeray: List Of Stalwarts Who Aced Maharashtra Polls
Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde won the Kopri-Pachpakhadi Assembly seat in Maharashtra by defeating Kedar Prakash Dighe from Shiv Sena (UBT).
Congress party Maharashtra unit chief Nana Patole won Sakoli Assembly seat.
In the Maharashtra Assembly polls, Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aditya Thackeray won from the Worli constituency.
NCP's Dilip Walse Patil bagged Ambegaon seat with a mere margin of 1,500 votes. He was given a tough fight by NCP-SP's Devdatta Nikam.
Samajwadi Party candidate Abu Asim Azmi defeated NCP's Nawab Malik by a margin of 39,279 from Mankhurd Shivaji Nagar assembly seat. Azmi received 54,780 votes, while Nawab Malik finished fourth with 15,501 votes.
Ajit Pawar-led NCP candidate Sana Malik won Mumbai’s Anushakti Nagar with over 49,000 votes. She defeated Swara Bhasker’s husband Fahad Ahmad.
