Rio De Janeiro: While Indian athletes are struggling to win their first medal at Rio Olympics 2016, a Mexican synchronised swimming pair reached the finals of the event by performing on a peppy Bollywood number.

Mexico's Karem Faride Achach Ramirez and Nuria Lidon Diosdado Garcia performed on Akhshay Kumar's song 'Aila Re Aila' from the movie Khatta Meetha.

The duo ended up at the ninth place, thanks to their brilliant performance and have also qualified themselves for the finals.
