A bogey-free four-under 68 saw Rahil Gangjee make a smart move upwards in the leaderboard after second round of the Price Cutter Charity Golf Championships.

Springfield: A bogey-free four-under 68 saw Rahil Gangjee make a smart move upwards in the leaderboard after second round of the Price Cutter Charity Golf Championships at Highland Springs Country Club.
Gangjee, who had a 70 in the first round, had just one birdie on 16th in his first nine holes after starting from the tenth. After the turn, he birdied the first, fourth and seventh and stayed error-free for a fine 68. His second day`s exploits took him to six-under 138 for a tied 41st place, up from tied 55th with some accurate driving and good putting, in a low-scoring event. Daniel Chopra exited from the tournament with a 74 as he went to five-over 149 and the cut came at five-under 139. Friesen`s 10-under 62 was his career-best and it gave him a two-shot lead over Gavin Coles (64) and three over Craig Bowden. Four others share the fourth place at 66.Winner of last two events, JJ Killeen shot 74. Killeen is trying to become the first player to win three weeks in a row in Nationwide Tour`s history. Steve Freisen added a second round 68 and stayed in lead at the halfway stage. After a 62 in first round, he is now 14-under 130 and one shot clear of Josh Broadway (65). Brad Adamonis (66), Australian Gavin Coles (68) and Zach Sucher (66) and Cliff Kresge (65) are two behind.Winner of the last two events, JJ Killen shot a 67, but his first round 74 worked against him and he missed the cut by two. He was missing the cut for the first time in nine starts. PTI
