Koffee With Karan: Ajay Devgn to share the couch with wife Kajol?

Mumbai: This might sound like a dream, but it could be true. Ajay Devgn may make an appearance on Karan Johar's celebrity chat show Koffee With Karan this season. 

According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Ajay and Kajol have agreed to shoot an episode for the sixth season of Johar's popular show. The two will reportedly shoot after Diwali.

Kajol and Johar have been friends for long, but things were not ok between her husband and the filmmaker. Devgn and Karan had a fallout ahead of Diwali in 2016 over the release of their Shivaay and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil respectively. This caused a jolt to Johar and Kajol's friendship and things soon turned hostile for them.

A few months later, the two friends reconciled and since then their friendship has grown stronger. Kajol is back in Johar's life as his thick friend. And it is apparent that Johar and Ajay too have broken the ice.

On the work front, Kajol will be teaming up with husband Ajay for his ambitious project Tanaaji: The Unsung Warrior, a period film based on the life of Tanaji Malusare, a brave warrior in the Marathi empire. Apart from this film, Ajay has Total Dhamaal, De De Pyaar De, an untitled film co-starring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone and a biopic on legendary football coach Syed Abdul Rahim. He may also team up with Prakash Jha for a film.

Kajol, on the other hand, was recently seen in Helicopter Eela, a Pradeep Sarkar film in which she plays the mother of a teenage son.
