Jacqueline Fernandez, Sushant Singh Rajput's 'Drive' to release on this date

New Delhi: Filmmaker Karan Johar's Dharma Productions upcoming project 'Drive' starring Sushant Singh Rajput and Jacqueline Fernandez finally gets a release date. And who else but KJo took to Twitter to share the news with fans.

He wrote: “The Dharma and Fox Car franchise races to cinema halls on the 7th of September,2018!! #DRIVE starting @itsSSR and @Asli_Jacqueline directed by @Tarunmansukhani Buckle up and get set for the zooming ride!! @apoorvamehta18 @foxstarhindi @DharmaMovies.”

'Drive' is helmed by Tarun Mansukhani and will bring Jacky-Sushant first time together on the big screens. It also features Vikramjeet Virk and Sapna Pabbi in the lead roles. 'Drive' happens to be the first part of the instalment of a new film series.

The music will be composed by Vishal-Shekhar. Meanwhile, Jacqueline is currently busy working on 'Race 3' which stars Salman Khan in the lead. It is directed by Remo D'Souza and also features Anil Kapoor, Daisy Shah, Saquib Saleem and Bobby Deol.

Salman and Jacqueline's pair will be seen one more time in 'Race 3' after 'Kick'. While Sushant will be seen opposite Sara Ali Khan in Abhishek Kapoor's 'Kedarnath'. The film will mark the debut of Saif Ali Khan's daughter.
