Tanu Weds Manu Returns 3 on the cards? Aanand L Rai breaks silence

New Delhi: After the massive success of Tanu Weds Manu and Tanu Weds Manu Returns, moviegoers are now expecting the third installment to the Kangana Ranaut's hit series. But, is filmmaker Anand L Rai willing to go forward with Tanu weds Manu Returns 3? Well, let's find out!

On Friday, noted movie critic and business analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to confirm that the third part of the flick is not on the cards. "Aanand L Rai clarifies: #TanuWedsManu3 is definitely not happening. I do have something else in the pipeline with Dhanush," he posted on the microblogging website.

Well, this must put all the speculations to rest.

On the cinema front, Aanand is currently working on his yet-untitled project with superstar Shah Rukh Khan. The flick also features Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in key roles.

It is expected to release next year.
