Mercedes-Benz S400 launched in India at Rs 1.31 crore

New Delhi: Mercedes-Benz launched all new sedan S400 today, targeting those customers who are looking for luxury and better running costs at Rs 1.31 crore (ex-Delhi), that is around Rs 13 lakh cheaper than the S500. 

The car is seen as a variant of its highly successful S-Class four-door sedan. S500  with the V8 petrol engine.

Mercedes S400 comes with a 3.0-litre, V6 petrol engine that produces 324bhp of power and a massive 480Nm of peak torque.

The newly launched sedan is fitted with 1540 watt Burmese sound system, 360 degree cameras, rain sensing panoramic sunroof, 8 air bags, electronic stability programme, lane assist and many more safety features

German luxury car maker Mercedes-Benz on Wednesday, had launched new C Class 250d variant in India priced at Rs 44.36 lakh (ex-showroom Pune). It has already launched the GLE 450 Coupe and Maybach Guard earlier this year.
