First Look: ‘Matru Ki Bijli Ka Mandola’ has Imran in a rustic avatar!

New Delhi: You haven’t seen Imran Khan like this before. The chocolate boy dons a rustic look for Vishal Bhardwaj’s comedy ‘Matru Ki Bijli Ka Mandola’. The first promo of the film was released on Sunday and has already got more than a lakh hits. The film stars Imran , Anushka Sharma, Pankaj Kapur and Shabana Azmi in the lead. While the first trailer indicates that the story is based on Matru(Imran), Bijli (Anushka) and Mandola (Pankaj Kapur), but the plot is not revealed. Anushka looks smouldering in all the shots and Imran sports a beard. Vishal Bhardwaj’s favourite, the talented Pankaj Kapur is seen shaking a leg with Imran and Anushka. Here is the trailer.
