Chak De girl Aliya Bose in `Ashayein`

New Delhi: Actress Anahita Nair, popularly known as Aliya Bose of 2007 film `Chak De India`, will now be seen in Nagesh Kukunoor`s `Aashayein`.

Anahita plays John Abraham`s friend in the movie that narrates the story of a compulsive gambler, Rahul Singh (John) who discovers new meanings of fortune and life through a dramatic turn of events. "Anahita has a very challenging role in the film and has worked very hard preparing for it," said a source from the unit of "Aashayein". "The role she portrays in the film is different from the role she essayed in `Chak De India`." IANS
