Prakash Jha dedicates `Rajneeti` to Bhopal

Bhopal: Happy with the response to his political magnum opus `Rajneeti`, which was shot in the city, director Prakash Jha today said the film would not have been possible without the cooperation of the people here. "The film is dedicated to Bhopal, its people and Madhya Pradesh as a whole..It would not have been possible without the cooperation received from the people of Bhopal ," Jha told reporters from Mumbai.

The multi-starrer released to packed houses in the city yesterday and people have liked the movie and the scenes shot at various picturesque locales here, he said. `Rajneeti` stars biggies like Naseeruddin Shah, Nana Patekar, Ajay Devgn, Manoj Bajpai, Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif. The noted filmmaker plans to shoot his next venture `Aarakshan` starring Amitabh Bachchan in Bhopal too, and the shooting will begin here by the year-end. PTI
