Ingredients:
Dosa batter- ½ kg
1 small sized carrot (grated)
1 capsicum (finely chopped)
1-2 green chillies (finely chopped)
1 table spoon grated coconut
Oil for cooking
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Mix the grated coconut, carrot, finely chopped capsicum and green chillies with the dosa batter. Add some salt and stir well.
Now heat a tava. Once the tava heats up, use a ladle full of the mixed batter and spread it in a circular motion to make a dosa. Pour some oil around the dosa and flip it once the surface gets cooked.
