'Tevar' manages average collection at BO

New Delhi: Arjun Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha starrer 'Tevar' received mixed reviews from the critics. Added to that was the still continuing success of 'PK'.

According to reports, the movie has received an average response at the Box Office. While on its opening day, the film collected Rs 7 crores, on the second day the collections were a little higher at Rs 9 crore.

The film collections are only going to get better as the single screen response to it has been good. Arjun and Sonakshi's pair has been received well by the audience and Manoj Bajapayee's performance has been appreciated from all quarters.

The movie has been helmed by Amit Sharma and written by Gunasekhar. It is a remake of the Telegu blockbuster 'Okkadu' which starred Mahesh babu and Bhoomika Chawla. 'Tevar' has been produced by Boney Kapoor.

Whether it manages to mirror the success of the Telegu actioner or not, only time will tell.
