Los Angeles: Fitness freak singer Katy Perry, who finds it hard to work out while on tour, goes for cycling in disguise whenever she is in a new town.
"Constantly travelling can make it hard to exercise, but my favourite workout to do on tour is to ride around the town or city I am visiting on my bike," contactmusic.com quoted Perry as saying.
"I love to explore a new city in disguise and hand out tickets to my show," she added.
She also likes to get on the exercise bike in the gym and regularly attends a special spinning class, where participants are motivated by music.
"I try to exercise three to four times a week and on days when I am not working, I do a really fun activity, like hiking. I also love soul cycling, which is a spin class with high energy coaching and fun, upbeat music," she said.
