Riteish, Genelia to wed at an awards show?

Mumbai: B-Town is looking forward to some major events this season. While the awards season is on full swing, Bollywood celebrities are also excited about Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza’s wedding. And the couple in question is making the most of what is available to them. News has it that the ‘Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya’ jodi is all set to tie the knot on stage! The couple will be performing together at an upcoming awards show and will be seen getting married on stage. The couple has been preparing for a special act on stage for the upcoming Apsara Awards, wherein the duo will be seen tying the knot. Speaking to DNA, a source revealed, “All set for their real-life wedding, Riteish and Genelia will be carrying out a rehearsal of sorts and everyone will get to see a trailer of the real deal as the two will take their vows and declare their love for each other on stage as part of their act. A large number of Bollywood celebrities will join in, as part of their baarat and will bless the couple on stage too.” The entire act will be based on the couple’s love story; how they met and their story so far. “There are several other performances lined up as well, but Riteish-Genelia’s act has an emotional real connect with the industry, as both belong to the film fraternity,” added the source. “It’s too close to their real life and it’s almost like letting the world know about their love life which the two had kept under wraps so far, so both are excited and nervous too,” another source added. While there real wedding is on 4 February, the act on Wednesday at Apsara Awards can be perhaps termed as a dress rehearsal for the love birds.
