Mumbai: One of the biggest religious festivals of the Muslim community – Eid, is being celebrated today all over the world. As the month-long fasting of the holy Ramadan period comes to an end, devout Muslims from all walks of life congratulate each other by extending a hearty hug to each other. The festival is synonymous with the spirit of unity, fraternity and equality and it sees the Muslim brethren paying visits to their relatives and friends to exchange greetings amidst the festive mood.
