Actress Kangana Ranaut promoted Thalaivii at a press conference in Delhi on September 9.

The 'Queen' actress, who often dons a saree was seen in a traditional brown silk saree at the press conference.

The film Thalaivii is based on the life of late J Jayalalitha, who was an actress and later Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.

Thalaivii is directed by A L Vijay and will hit movie theatres on September 10.

Thalaivii will be released in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu respectively.
