Mohammad Rizwan is No 1 T20I batter in the world now, check his key records and unknown facts - IN PICS

Pakistan wicketkeeper and batter Mohammad Rizwan, who is in red hot form, at the Asia World Cup 2022, has become the No 1 T20I batter in latest ICC rankings. He has displaced his own captain Babar Azam at the top. Rizwan has scored 192 runs in 3 matches in this edition of Asia Cup, including 2 fifties. Both of them have been match-winning knocks. Rizwan started off the tournament a 43 against India that came in a losing cause but accumulated big scored and more importantly match-winning scores against Hong Kong and India. He scored a  unbeaten 78 vs HK while he smashed 71 vs India for back-to-back victories. His performances have seen him gain one spot, overtaking Babar who has endured a lean run in the tournament so far.
