London: Singer-actress Selena Gomez, who was rushed to hospital after complaining of nausea and a severe headache, admits that she was malnourished and exhausted. But she says she is fine now.

"I was just very malnourished... low on iron and exhausted," a website quoted her as saying. The 18-year-old was supposed to hit the stage with her band The Scene for a concert to promote her new film ‘Monte Carlo’ in Santa Monica, California, Friday - but her hospitalisation forced the promoters to postpone the gig. The show was rescheduled for Monday afternoon and a healthy Gomez thanked her fans for turning up. "If you guys came on Friday, I`m so sorry that I couldn`t be here...
