Akshay Kumar shares video post wrapping Gold shoot—Watch

New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar took to Twitter on Sunday and posted an interesting video, marking the wrap up of shooting for his upcoming film Gold.

The movie is Directed by Talaash filmmaker Reema Kagti, and will mark Bollywood debut of Indian television's famous Naagin actress, Mouni Roy.

Gold is reportedly based on the life of Hockey player Balbir Singh and is set in the backdrop of Independent India in 1948. Singh was a member of the team that won an Olympic gold medal for Independent India.

The movie is being produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under their banner Excel Entertainment. The movie is slated for release in August 15, 2018.

Excitement for the film is high already as the audience is waiting to see their favourite Television actress on the silver-screen with B Town superstar Akshay Kumar.

Akshay was last seen in Toilet: Ek Prem Katha and has 2.0 and Padman in his Kitty.
