I control my craving, says foodie Sonu Nigam

Mumbai: Playback singer Sonu Nigam, who still looks fit as a fiddle, admits that he is a foodie and if he wants he can easily gain a lot of calories.

"I love to eat. I control myself. If I want, then my weight can shoot up to 20 kg more. I control myself a lot," the 38-year-old said here at a launch function of the Mangiamo Restaurant. Sonu`s list of favourite cuisines is as wide and as delectable as possible. "I like Italian, Japanese, Lebanese, Indian. In Indian food, I like both North and South Indian food. I like Gujarati, Rajasthani, Bengali food. So, I love to eat," said Sonu, who started his singing career at the age of 19 and tasted success with the song "Sandese aate hain" from `Border`. Sonu was recently in news because of his son Neevan`s version of Tamil-English number `Kolaveri Di`. Sonu`s next song is for Karan Johar`s forthcoming production `Agneepath`. He is also working on an English album `Spirit Unfolding`. IANS
