Hilary Duff struggling to balance motherhood and career

London: Singer-actress Hilary Duff is struggling to get back to work after becoming a mother because she cannot bear to be apart from her 11-month-old son Luca.

The 25-year-old said that balancing parenting with her career is a tough business, reported Showbizspy. "It`s hard to be away from Luca. I did a guest spot on `Raising Hope` and I was so happy to be on a set again but it was hard. I also had a day of thinking - `I need to get home. What am I doing away from my baby?` "It`s such an adjustment. It`s a huge change and it took a few months for me to be like, `OK, this is me now, this is who I am now, this is how I do things now`," she said. PTI
