Los Angeles: Teri Hatcher wants singer Cheryl Cole to do a role in hit TV show `Desperate Housewives`.

"Cheryl is a great role model and exactly the sort of woman (for whom) we would love to have a role on `Desperate Housewives`," imdb.com quoted Hatcher, who plays Susan in the serial, as saying.
