Noel Gallagher plans break from music

Los Angeles: Former Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher needs a break. He is planning to take a hiatus at the end of his winter tour to make sure his next album is not rushed.

He released his debut solo album "Noel Gallagher`s High Flying Birds" in 2011 and he has spent much of 2012 on tour. But now he wants some rest once he completes his North American dates in November, reports a website. Asked if he will be recording a new album next year, Gallagher told a radio station: "No, no, no. I`m taking a well earned break after this. Why mess with brilliance? I`d only f**k it up." IANS
