Pitbull to be honoured in Las Vegas

Los Angeles: Rapper Pitbull will be honoured with the President`s Award at the BMI Latin Awards in Las Vegas.

The ceremony, scheduled for March 12, recognises songwriters and publishers behind the year`s most successful Latin music, contactmusic.com reports. Some of Pitbull`s popular hits include "Give Me Everything", "Hey Baby", "Shake Senora" and "Rain Over Me". Previous recipients of President`s Award include Juanes, Kike Santander and Gloria Estefan.
